As summer comes into full swing, operating hours at the Pacific Southwest Railway Museum in Campo are changing:
Between June 24 and October 2, the museum grounds will be open Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
The Golden State excursion train to Division will run Saturdays only at 11:00 AM
The Valley Flyer shuttle train in the Campo Valley near the Museum grounds will run Saturdays only between 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM
The Engineer for an Hour program will be available by reservation on the first Sunday of the month at 10:00 AM, 11:30 AM, 2:00 PM, and 3:30 PM.
After several weeks of hard work from our dedicated volunteer track maintenance crews, the railroad has been sufficiently repaired to allow our 6 mile trip to Division on the Golden State to resume on Saturdays and Sundays at 11:00 AM and 2:30 PM. Tickets can be purchased at the Campo Depot on the day of your train ride. We can’t wait to see you there!
It’s that time of year again – all of the remaining North Pole Limited trains for the year are completely sold out! Thank you to all of our members, friends, and families who have made this year’s North Pole Limited event one of the most successful we have ever had! We would not be able to survive year in and year out without you (nearly 4,000 of you, in fact, just to count those who have ridden the North Pole Limited so far this season). We would like to wish you a very Merry Christmas from our family to yours and we hope that you will join us again next year! North Pole Limited 2017 tickets will likely go on sale in the late summer of 2017.
