UPDATE: Museum leadership has elected to postpone reopening both the La Mesa Depot and Campo facility due to the ongoing uncertainties presented by California State leaders. The new projected, indefinite and likely to change date is Labor Day weekend: Saturday, September 5, 2020
As with any organization our fixed costs continue to require payment and this organization continues to incur thousands of dollars in monthly expenses. If you can help financially in this difficult time, your assistance is greatly appreciated! You can learn more about how you can help at psrm.org/donate.
The Campo Railroad Park & Museum will be closed this weekend, Saturday March 21, 2020 and until further notice in order to comply with all federal, state and local regulations. Thank you for your concern and support. Stay healthy and visit us soon!
The Pumpkin Express returns to the creepy confines of the Campo Railroad Park and Museum Saturdays and Sundays during October. First, ride the train in one of our vintage railroad coaches or in our first class lounge car ATSF 1509. Then, detrain at our haunted Display Building where you can walk through our two haunted trains (one meant to spook you and the other tame for our younger visitors), pick out a pumpkin at the pumpkin patch, and other arts and crafts. More information is available at psrm.org/pumpkin.
